088 | Summer Solstice - Meditation

Summer Solstice - the longest day and the shortest night of the year. Looking at nature, you can see that everything is in full bloom or on its way to get there anytime soon. For instance, when tasting strawberries, you have the sun directly on your tongue and from there to your heart. So the complete summer abundance is showing here. With these reflections and a short meditation, I’d like to inspire you to have a look at where in the last couple of months you received and felt just the same abundance, i.e. success, joy, and achievements. ________________________________________ LINKS Episode 070 | Fall Equinox & Transition Meditation: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-070/ Episode 077 | Winter Solstice Meditation: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-077/ Episode 084 | Spring Equinox Meditation: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-084/ ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrinatisi/ My Gift for you: https://andrinatisi.com/chaostoclarity/

________________________________________ LINKS ZU STEPHANIE Website: https://www.parvatasana.ch Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/parvatasana Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/parvatasana/ Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/stephanie-albert-329ab15b/ ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrinatisi/

086 | Making Poo Talk Salon Chic - Sandra Mikhail

There is still a lot of shame and discomfort around the topic of digestive issues, which often leads to a lot of people also then being misinformed. Sandra and I talk about some of the most common digestive and gut issues people experience. Sandra Mikhail is an internationally known Accredited Practicing Dietitian and the founder and director of Nutrition A-Z. Sandra's passion for and work in gut health created a movement of normalizing "poo talk" or as her motto goes "making poo talk salon chic", shedding light on topics that you may find yourself secretly 'googling' about. Sandra shares with us, what the biggest misconception about gut health is, i.e. what is a blissful gut and how it feels. We also talk about how gut health and the immune system are related and where the mindset comes in. And - as a little fun fact - Sandra explains why she always has Mushrooms (the eatable version 🙂) in her fridge. ________________________________________ LINKS TO SANDRA Website: https://nutrition-az.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/NutritionAZ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nutritionaz_by_sandramikhail Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/sandra-mikhail-45065165/ Podcast: https://bit.ly/43PvaPQ ________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED IN THE INTERVIEW The Gut Chronicles by Sandra Mikhail: https://bit.ly/41qPO77 Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus: https://bit.ly/3H1sSDr Good Gut Tea Blend by Sandra: https://www.instagram.com/reel/CeTStcEICMA/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Sandra’s Special offer for you - 10% discount on one of the programs EATRAIN or Beat the Bloat : https://nutrition-az.com/topselling ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrinatisi/

085 | Internal Family Systems - Laura Cincera

In this episode, Laura Cincera introduces us to Internal Family Systems (IFS), not to be confused with Family Constellations, which is an approach working with External Family Systems. Internal Family Systems is a therapeutic approach that focuses on the idea that the human mind consists of different "parts" each with its own unique characteristics, beliefs, and emotions. Laura and I dive right into the topic. We discuss what is different about IFS compared to other modalities. And she explains what exactly are those different parts of our mind and what is their role. Also, where and how IFS comes into play when a part needs healing. Laura is a facilitator, leadership coach, and IFS coach. She supports others to design unique paths that allow a sustained sense of intentionality, well-being, and flourishing. Laura likes dancing with questions, blurring boundaries between disciplines, and allowing curiosity to guide her explorations. In line with the IFS philosophy, she believes that we all contain multitudes and, in her own path, she enjoys creating in multiple realms. Currently, she plays at the intersection of somatic, technology, and spirituality. ________________________________________ LINKS TO LAURA Website: https://bio.site/lauracincera Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/lauracincera_/ Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/lauraddcc/ ________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED World as Lover, World as Self by Joana Macy: http://bit.ly/3H3YQiz ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrinatisi/

084 | Spring Equinox Meditation

A Time of Re-Birthing and Growing Today, day and night are equally long. Spring is here. Observing nature, we can see how the first blossoms show, hear how the birds are starting to sing more intensively, and how everything is waking up from winter and the introspection. Seeing this in nature, we might feel this growth and expansion in ourselves as well. Moving from a more inward and reflective energy to a more outgoing, energized, and creative one. In this meditation, I invite you to sense what is growing within you that is now ready to bloom. ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrinatisi/ My Gift for you: https://andrinatisi.com/chaostoclarity/

083 | The Importance of Feeling & Sensing your Vision, Dreams & Manifestations (D&E)

INCLUSIVELY A GUIDED MEDITATION TO MEET YOUR FUTURE SELF In dieser zweisprachigen Episode teile ich mit dir, wieso es wichtig ist, dass wir unsere Visionen, Träume und Manifestationen spüren und fühlen. Even though the first quarter of 2023 is almost over, there is still time to unfurl and manifest your wishes, conceive, and visualize your dreams. In fact, it is never too late for that. Because your visions and ideas are not bound to any kind of time frame, i.e. a calendar year. Vision board - this is a very intuitive process. A process, when given time and space, can be pretty powerful. Visuals of your vision may find you, or you may find the right image for your idea or your dream. Both can and should be possible. A vision board is not about creativity, but about opening up to bring anything into your life, by imagining and knowing it is already waiting for you. ________________________________________ LINKS Episode 063 | Staying in the Process while Being Goal-Oriented:: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-063/ Episode 036 | My Daily Morning Gratitude & Manifestation Practice: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-036/ Vision Board Workshop: https://andrinatisi.com/vision-board-workshop/ ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrinatisi/ My Gift for you: https://andrinatisi.com/chaostoclarity/

082 | Thoughts and Personal Reflections on Polarity & Growth - Solo

In this episode, I am sharing with you how in the last few months I have experienced polarity and how it can foster growth. With personal examples and how I have experienced it, I hope to show you how we can embrace polarity in its entirety. For me, polarity and growth definitely go hand in hand. Allowing different sides of a situation or person can entail challenges, a filled heart, and an open mind. I can summarize it with “Embracing, living through, and giving room to polarities made me grow enormously”. The definition of polarity (according to the Oxford Dictionary) is “the state of having two opposite or contradictory tendencies, opinions, or aspects”. Transferring this to our daily language means day & night, female & male, light & shadow, and yin & yang. So, one can’t exist without the other. ________________________________________ LINKS Episode 066 - Sowohl Als Auch | Embracing all Possiblities and Sensations: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-066/ Episode 063 - Staying in the Process while Being Goal-Oriented: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-063/ Episode 041 - The Power of Practices, Routines & Rituals: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-041/ Episode 036 - My Daily Morning Gratitude & Manifestation Practice: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-036/ ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrinatisi/ My Gift for you: https://andrinatisi.com/chaostoclarity/

081 | Andrina Interviewed by Maja Juzwiak - My Story Unfolded

Today I like to share with you another episode where I am the guest. I had the pleasure of being interviewed by my long-time friend Maja Juzwiak for her new podcast “Stories Unfolded”. Maja and I talk about my corporate background, my current work as a coach, Yoga Teacher, we talk about Life Curation, being a business owner, and how I went from Zurich to New York, to Vancouver, back to Zurich and now partially living on an island. And in all that, how I (try) to juggle all this without getting too overwhelmed by it all (and sometimes I do). We also touch on the project my partner and I recently started on the Island of La Palma and what is the vision behind that. ________________________________________ LINKS ZU MAJA Website: https://www.majajuzwiak.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/majajuzwiak/ Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/maja-juzwiak-3695a340/ Podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/4HyVAPm2RFmKwndFtyexfs?si=c178fd7c6cc44c75 ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrinatisi/ My Gift for you: https://andrinatisi.com/chaostoclarity/

080 | The Benefits of Generative Trance - Stephen Gilligan

This summer I attended the Generative Trance Workshop in Italy with Stephen Gilligan, and I am happy to have him as my guest today. We speak about healing and transformation, the conscious and the unconscious mind, and much more. Stephen is a Psychotherapist, Author, Workshop Leader, Storyteller, and Transformation Specialist. He says that from a very young age, he was astonished and amazed that the words people spoke often didn’t match what he felt and saw in them. He knew from early on that psychotherapy was his calling. At Stanford University, he then earned his Ph.D. in research psychology and from there he has been practicing, writing, and teaching as a psychotherapist and coach. He is always looking for ways to absorb the countless contradictions and struggles of consciousness into generative integration, and into exactly that we dive deep into our conversation today. ________________________________________ LINKS TO STEVEN Website: https://www.stephengilligan.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sgilliganphd/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/stephen.gilligan.phd/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/stephengilligan/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC9sVTKgte9lnfVWk3Yqxbgg ________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED Yoga Retreat Switzerland: https://andrinatisi.com/engadinweekend/ Vision Board Workshop: https://andrinatisi.com/vision-board-workshop/ ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrinatisi/

078 | Plane deine Me-Time-Inseln

__________________________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED Engadin Yoga & Wellness Wochenende: https://andrinatisi.com/de/engadinweekend/ DEIN Yogaretreat: https://andrinatisi.com/de/deinyogaretreat/ __________________________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME My offer for you: https://andrinatisi.com/chaostoclarity/ www.andrinatisi.com www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrinatisi/

077 | Winter Solstice Meditation

Today, December 21st, 2022, marks the shortest day and the longest night of the year. It’s Winter Solstice. Solstice derives from the two Latin words, sol - meaning “sun” and sistere - meaning “stand still”. It is believed that this day also marks the re-birthing of the sun and thus the re-birthing of nature. Since we are part of nature, you can say in good faith that it is also a kind of rebirth for us. I created a meditation, especially for this occasion. Consider it an X-mas present, just for YOU. __________________________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED FALL EQUINOX & TRANSITION MEDITATION | 070: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-070/ WINTER RITUALS FOR MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL WELLBEING | 005: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-005/ WINTER SOLSTICE, RAUHNÄCHTE & THE 12 HOLY NIGHTS | 009: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-009/ __________________________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME My offer for you: https://andrinatisi.com/chaostoclarity/ www.andrinatisi.com www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrinatisi/

Julia und ich sprechen darüber, was “Life Coaching” eigentlich bedeutet.

075 | Alles ist Zahl - The Magic of Numbers - Jeannette Ruh

____________________________________ LINKS TO JEANNETTE Website: https://www.jearuh-numerologie.ch Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the_numerologista/ Podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/1TWkIXtg8sZjpiYNn4to3u?si=MZ57Wi3gQAq8bdixeuUjTg ____________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED IN THE INTERVIEW Dan Millman | Die Lebenszahl als Lebensweg: https://www.orellfuessli.ch/shop/home/artikeldetails/A1054226598 Christine Bengel | Numerologie für die Praxis: https://www.christinebengel.ch/b%C3%BCcher-mehr/ Episode 20 - Typenlehre anhand des Enneagramms: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-020/ ________________________________________ SPECIAL | Bedeutung der Zahlen in der Numerologie 1 - Anfang, Ideen, Einheit 2 - Träumen, Intuition, Gegensätze 3 - Kommunikation, Lebensfreude, Tatkraft 4 - Stabilität, Struktur, Fundament 5 - Freiheit, Abenteuer, Selbstorganisation 6 - Liebe, Harmonie, Leistungskraft 7 - Lebensfülle und Vertrauen 8 - Lebenslust, Kreativität, Schöngeist 9 - Wandel, Weisheit, Intellekt 0 - Das ewige Sein ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME My Offer for You: https://andrinatisi.com/chaostoclarity/ Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrinatisi/

074 | 40 Days until 2023

On November 22nd, it will be 40 days until 2023. In the Kundalini tradition, it is said that it takes 40 days to break a habit and 90 days to establish a new one. Others say 21 days or 66 days. In any case, I think it is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate this year and to finish it off in a special way. In this episode, I’d like to give you some inspiration on how you can dedicate these last 40 days to yourself. __________________________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED Episode - My Daily Morning Gratitude & Manifestation Practice: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-036/ Kirtan Kriya PDF: http://bit.ly/3TBCV5y __________________________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME My Offer for You: https://andrinatisi.com/chaostoclarity/ www.andrinatisi.com www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrinatisi/

073 | Schamanentum in Modernen Zeiten - Jack Silver

________________________________________ LINKS ZU JACK Website: https://www.kriegerschule.de/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jack-silver-57aa02140/ ________________________________________ IM INTERVIEW ERWÄHNTE LINKS Film Terra X - Die Sprache der Bäume: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wXgvxooJaPE ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/andrinatisi/

072 | Our Body is Our Best Teacher

This topic has influenced, and still is, my whole life - professionally and personally. I found an excellent paraphrase in a quote from an unknown, “If we listen to our body when it whispers, we won’t have to hear it scream.” Sometimes the “whisper” finds its way through a knot in the belly, a tight chest, or having a hard time swallowing. Maybe the whisper is louder in the form of pain, major digestive issues, or other chronic dis-eases. This is the way our body is communicating - from our emotions to our psyche to our body and back. The main takeaway is that if we approach healing from different angles and acknowledge our body as a whole, we can tap into our body’s wisdom to learn what she/he needs. Once we learn that, we can start to work WITH our body and discover what we don’t know, yet. __________________________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED Blogpost “Our Body is Our Teacher”: https://andrinatisi.com/ourbodyisourteacher/ Episode 057 | Intro to Somatic Experiencing & Trauma Healing: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-057/ __________________________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME My offer for you: https://andrinatisi.com/chaostoclarity/ www.andrinatisi.com www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

For the third time, this episode reflects what I want this podcast to be. It features different people's contributions (women & men) in different languages (Swiss German, German and English). On the topic of Brotherhood & Sisterhood they share what that means to them. You will see that despite all the different opinions, there is a common denominator: You are Not Alone! There is a soul family out there. Aren’t we lucky? Lucky to have such beautiful, glowing late summer days, allowing us to slide into the fall season gently. Today, September 23rd, 2022, is the fall equinox. Signifying a moment of stillness, before the earth shifts directions. Today, daytime and nighttime are equally long. This moment of stillness gives us the opportunity also to pause for a moment and reflect on the past months and weeks, and at the same time connect to our intentions and wishes for the coming month. 069 | Journaling to Support your Growth, Ignite Reflection and Boost your Creativity

There are so many different ways to journal. In this episode I speak about many different ways you can incorporate journaling into your life; for example stream of consciousness, writing letters, keeping a dream journal, journaling for creativity, gratitude journal, or writing lists. I talk about the acronym JOURNAL, different ways it can support you, and you can make it YOURS. With many things, an all-or-nothing attitude keeps us from doing something; don’t pressure yourself to have to journal on a daily basis. Just try some of the things I mention in the episode and see how you feel. Journaling is known to be very helpful in our healing and growth, it allows us to get to know ourselves better, see patterns and notice where possibilities and potential lies. 068 | The Nervous System & the Polyvagal Theory - Justin Sunseri

Today’s topic - The Nervous System & the Polyvagal Theory - has been on my wish list for a long time and I am thrilled to have Justin Sunseri as my guest. He is a true expert on this. The Polyvagal Theory talks about 3 neural pathways. This gives us the ability to socially engage when we feel safe or to mobilize or immobilize when we feel danger. The vagus nerve is the highway the three neural pathways utilize. Each one is part of the autonomic nervous system. By the end of this episode, you will have a good understanding of the Polyvagal Theory. There is a lot to learn and this is an amazing start. Justin and I talk about the Autonomic Nervous System and the Autonomic State. Right at the beginning he gives us a very understandable and personal example of Neuroception and brings us, based on this example, the different states closer. We talk about how the story follows the state and what the Polyvagal ladder is. We also talk about Anchors, Self- and Co-regulation as well as the connection to Trauma. Get ready, Justin shares a lot of amazing info with us. This is how Justin describes himself - father of 2, husband to 1, coffee 2x/day, amateur designer, 49er Faithful, Seinfeld nerd. Justin’s mission is to change how you understand mental health fundamentally. He wants to reduce the need for psychological concepts like "ego," "shadow" and "parts." And he wants to increase your direct experience of yourself: somatically, emotionally, cognitively, and behaviorally. ________________________________________ LINKS TO JUSTIN Website: https://www.justinlmft.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/JustinLMFT Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/justinlmft/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/justinlmft/ Podcast: https://www.justinlmft.com/podcast ________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED IN THE INTERVIEW Grid Systems by Josef Müller-Brockmann: https://amzn.to/3bM1Ovw Deb Dana: https://www.rhythmofregulation.com Anchor by Deb Dana: https://bit.ly/3JJS8hy Stanley Rosenberg: https://stanleyrosenberg.com/ Accessing the Healing Power of the Vagus Nerve by Stanley Rosenberg: https://bit.ly/3p51Aml Dr. Stephen Porges: https://www.stephenporges.com/ Jimmy Savile Documentary on Netflix: https://www.netflix.com/fr-en/title/81520549 Episode 57 | Intro to Somatic Experiencing & Trauma Healing: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-057/ ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

067 | In Freiheit Verbunden. In Verbindung Frei Sein - Linda Klein

____________________ LINKS TO LINDA Website: https://linda-klein.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/linda.klein.94/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/linda.klein_/ Podcast: www.linda-klein.com/podcast ____________________ LINKS MENTIONED IN THE INTERVIEW Slow Sex by Diana Richardson: https://amzn.to/3BrDoSu Podcast Episode “Sowohl als auch - Embracing All Possibilities and Sensations”: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-066/ ____________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

066 | Sowohl Als Auch - Embracing All Possibilities and Sensations

Some words, sentences, or sayings are hard to translate into another language without losing their meaning; it makes us creative to find the right explanation and definition. I could have recorded this episode in German to make it easier, however, I love to find ways to translate something with more depth than just simply a synonym. “So wohl als auch”is a phrase that is exactly that for me. The translation is ”both and” or “as well as”, for me it doesn’t have the same ring and power. Bottom line is, that it embraces the AND and not the OR, its inclusion instead of exclusion. In this episode, I talk about how life-changing this concept was and still is for me. Humans like the clarity of this OR that, black or white, left or right; this can give us (perceived) certainty but also limit our possibilities. Listening in you will hear how “so wohl als auch” and embracing the multifaceted beings that we are, can create softness, possibility, and freedom. ________________________ CONNECT WITH ME My offer for you: https://andrinatisi.com/chaostoclarity/ www.andrinatisi.com www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

065 | WombSpirit - Aus der Fülle der Weiblichkeit - Michaela Prina

Was genau ist Weiblichkeit? ________________________________________ LINKS TO MICHAELA Website: https://www.michaelaprina.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/718003978690086 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/michaelaprina/ Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/michaela-prina-94599223a/ ________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED IN THE INTERVIEW Miro Academy https://www.miro-academy.com ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

064 | Creating Personal & Planetary Well-being - Michelle Grant

We are the dreamers and leaders of a sustainable and joyful world. With this part of Michelle’s Manifesto, we start our conversation. Michelle explains why being a dreamer does not exclude being a leader. A leader is someone who envisions a different and better future and helps to walk others in that direction. There is also the “Million Dollar Question” that we discussed: What is sustainable change and how can we create it? And related to that, how can we figure out what our individual role in this movement of change is? Michelle gives us some tips on how each of us can start implementing that change in our daily life. Michelle also works with the Enneagram. She shares with us, what the Enneagram is and how she finds it beneficial to find our authentic leadership style. Michelle Grant is a leadership coach and food system sustainability expert who has worked at the forefront of research, education and practice for nearly 20 years. She was the founding Executive Director of the World Food System Center at ETH Zurich, a research and education center that tackles complex food and sustainability challenges. 060 | Dancing as a Healing Habit - Rachel Allan

This conversation with Rachel Allan contains lots of diamonds - promised! We start our conversation by talking about how and why Rachel started to dance in the morning. and what shifted for her in doing so. It began with her trying to shift her emotional state and find some ease during a difficult time in her life. We talked about how dancing is a form of bodywork where we find movement that is inspired by music. Through this practice, we not only notice a shift in the body but also emotionally. If in addition, we add an intention, such as “I want to feel joy!” dancing can help us to bridge between head and heart. Rachel talks about some very interesting research from the Heartmath Institute, such as that the heart is a powerful transmitter not only within our body but also in how we relate to others and how we impact the world around us. As if this is not enough we also talk about what the number “40” means for Rachel and she shares some tips on how to start a daily habit. And finally, we exchange some thoughts about Earl Grey Tea. Rachel helps empower people's leadership from a place of Purpose, Power, and Peace. She bridges conscious action through human skills, working with your mindset, embodiment, emotional intelligence, and spiritual practice to transform your relationship with yourself and others. Together, you are getting to the heart of the matter – and take action so you can influence positive change in the world! ________________________________________ LINKS TO RACHEL Website: https://rachallan.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/40fortea/ https://www.instagram.com/innerpeacemaking/ https://www.instagram.com/rachallan___/ Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/rach-allan/ Podcast: https://apple.co/3MvLYlT ________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED IN THE INTERVIEW Send your special Joy Song to Rachel via IG: https://www.instagram.com/innerpeacemaking/ Or send it via Email: rach@talkagency.co The Web of Meaning by Jeremy Lent: https://amzn.to/3sRWvjl Atomic Habits by James Clear: https://amzn.to/3sMoUaH Exploring the Role of the Heart in Human Performance - Research Conducted by the HeartMath Institute: https://www.heartmath.org/research/science-of-the-heart/ ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

054 | Gratitude & Resilience - Anna Stando

Gratitude and resilience, are they connected at all? And if so how? In Anna Stando’s words: resilience is the ability to bounce back from negative experiences without ignoring the negative. Anna Stando gives us insight into many different aspects of a gratitude practice including the connection to resilience. She explains how a gratitude practice builds a psychological immune system and provides you with some kind of cushion on which you can fall when things get rough, i.e. bouncing back. So, gratitude makes you more resilient, hence you can handle all kinds of stress in a better way. This is helping a lot in understanding why establishing a gratitude practice in our life can be enormously powerful. As constituting such a practice is not easy at all, Anna gives us some tips on how to start it. Anna is the Founder of ‘My Gratitude Challenge’, a 28-day program that helps you to develop a more grateful mindset and build resilience. She is also an enthusiastic advocate of gender equality and social inclusion, actively involved in initiatives that drive this agenda forward. She is a Relations Manager at Advance – Gender Equality in Business, a Board Member at Capacity – an organization that supports refugees and migrants who would like to build their businesses in Switzerland – and a co-leader of Lean In Switzerland – a vibrant network of businesswomen. Anna is a speaker, guest lecturer, frequent podcast guest, and writer on the topics of overcoming adversity, gratitude, gender equality, and diversity and inclusion. ________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED IN THE INTERVIEW Good Vibes, Good Life by Vex Kind: https://amzn.to/3KP76ly How to be an Inclusive Leader by Jennifer Brown: https://amzn.to/3KBrdU4 Chillpreneur by Denise Duffield-Thomas: https://amzn.to/3sayWC7 Thanks! 053 | Kickstart your Journey to Financial Freedom - Anne Soederblom

In this episode, I am interviewing Ann Söderblom. Ann helps women to take control of their finances and supports them on their journey to financial freedom and independence. Her interest in personal finances started at a young age due to a traumatic experience. This lit a fire in her to learn all about money and many years later, after a lot of trial and error, she found herself at age 38 financially independent. The kind where you live off your investment income and can choose if you want to work or not. 051 | Location-Independent Living & Working - Maja Juzwiak

I invited Maja to the podcast because, for 1.5 years now, she has been living a location-independent life. I have witnessed her journey over the years and find it truly inspiring. Whether you want to be more location independent yourself or not, I believe you will get some really valuable inputs from her and our conversation. Maja is Swiss / Brazilian, a creative mind, content creator mainly in the forms of photography. 050 | Pro Age Yoga - Selbstbewusst älter werden - Elena Lustig

Was macht eine Pro-Age Aktivistin eigentlich? ________________________________________ ELENA’S LINKS Webseite: https://www.elenalustigyoga.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/byElenaLustig/?ref=pages_you_manage Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/elena.lustig/ Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/elena-lustig-4b5a00109/ ________________________________________ IM INTERVIEW ERWÄHNTE LINKS Frau Einstein / Marie Benedict: https://amzn.to/3CpKvJA Flow & Glow Programm: https://bit.ly/3sQ9WAW Pro Age Life / Elena Lustig: https://bit.ly/3sQ9WAW Pro Age Yoga / Elena Lustig: https://www.elenalustigyoga.com/shop/ INJU PRO-AGE Nahrungsergänzung: https://www.elenalustigyoga.com/shop/ Kostenloser Pro Age Yoga Kurs “Das kleine Glück”: https://bit.ly/3hNdIEC ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

048 | Cross-Cultural Life Experience - Zanzibar & Norway- Ame Haji Makame

During my time out in Zanzibar / Tanzania, I met Ame Haji Makame. Ame was born and raised in Zanzibar. When he met his love he moved to Norway where he then lived for almost 10 years. For now 3 years, he has been back in Zanzibar. While he was showing us some amazing places on the island we had really cool conversations about the differences between living in Zanzibar and living in Norway, the different cultures, and his experiences living in both places. And believe me, I learned a lot. In the beginning, we talk a bit more facts and figures about him and then we dive more into his cross-cultural experience. ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

047 | Supporting Children to Develop their Own Voice - Tulasi Ilen

The best way to introduce this episode with Tulasi is to quote her: “We are the architects of our children’s future and together we can create a community of self-confident and impactful parents and educators.” Tulasi explains what is so innovative about the Mindfultree Education she is using in her work. This new way of education ensures that everything that a child learns is exactly what the child needs to grow up and live in the 21st century. For instance skills like leadership, entrepreneurial thinking, solution orientation, communication, and more. We speak about how important it is to support children in developing their own voice and building self-esteem and self-confidence. Which led us to discuss how a family can create daily routines to create space for discussion, co-creation, and growth. As a Childhood Education Expert, Childcare Director, Parenting, kids, and Educators coach, Tulasi supports them to reach their next level and unleash their potential. Tulasi is a Childhood Education Expert, Child kids, parenting & educators coach, and founder of Mindful Tree: an innovative educational system. Aside from coaching sessions and programs, she runs workshops and Mastermind groups for parents, kids & educators, and the Mindful Tree Saturday Club for kids between 2 and 12 years. ________________________________________ LINKS TO TULASI Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/MindfultreeEducation Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tulasiilen/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/tulasiilen/ ________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED IN THE INTERVIEW Book a Free Call with Tulasi: https://bit.ly/3FEGctZ Free 10-page book sample: https://bit.ly/3IcOpqS Bleib wie du bist / Ingrid Dlugos: https://amzn.to/3qO9odQ ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

046 | To be Happy in Love is Inner Work - Sandy Kaufmann

Sandy Kaufmann has - like many of us - experienced love affairs that did not end well. She was accumulating experiences with men who didn’t want to commit and were cheating on her. She tried to change her behavior, tried several methods including psychotherapy, reading lots of self-help books, but still kept repeating the same patterns. Until one day, she found the approach that transformed her love life. Sandy shares with us her method and tools and tips on how to let love into our life again and to gain more emotional serenity, whatever the external circumstances may be. The healing method she uses consists of the strong belief that healing goes through the physical body first. We talk about Self Love and Sandy shares what she understands under this very popular idea. We also talk about patterns, programming, and past wounding and how we can change these to stop repeating what makes us suffer. Sandy Kaufmann is a certified life coach and helps women who are single to understand why they can't find the love they are yearning for and how they can change this. ________________________________________ LINKS TO SANDY Website: https://sandykaufmann.ch/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/sandykaufmanncoaching Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sandykaufmann_lovecoach/ Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/sandyloutfian/ ________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED IN THE INTERVIEW The power of vulnerability / Camille Sfez: https://amzn.to/3mYamlw Connect / David Bradford & Carole Robin: https://amzn.to/3JJ2hKV Attached / Amir Levine: https://amzn.to/331atW8 Stanford Business School / Interpersonal Dynamics: https://stanford.io/3eZ2iMB WEBINAR | How a wound from the past is created? : https://bit.ly/3zvYbkH ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

045 | Guided Journaling for Closing the Year and Opening Up for the New

With this episode, I’d like to close the podcast season 2021. This last episode is a very special journaling practice. We will do a blind stream of consciousness writing allowing us to tap even deep into our intuition and let it speak to us. As I have been practicing this myself over the past weeks, I can assure you that you will be surprised by what comes up. During the first part we’ll look at the past year, during the second half we will have an outlook into the coming year. I will ask you questions and you just write what comes. ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

044 | Shamanism & Sisterhood - Karina van Breemen-Diemer

The first thing that stands out in this conversation is that you will hear and feel that Karina truly loves what she does. Karina introduces us to Shamanism and explains what Shamanism means for her. It is about connecting with ourselves, with mother nature, with who we really are. We are human beings, not human doings. So it’s all about more being and less doing. Shamanism supports us to reconnect to exactly that - our being. We also talk about the power of Sisterhood, about coming home with each other. How we as women can nourish and be true to each other without a hidden agenda. Sisterhood and Shamanism. That’s Karina’s way of life. She works with sisters in a shamanic way. She hosts rituals, sweat lodge, womb blessing, water blessing, fire rituals, and constellation work. Her goal is to help women into their inner knowing, into their intuition, their creation, and into their bodies. Karina lives together with her husband and her 2 teenage children, in an old farmhouse in the Northeast of the Netherlands. She has been a Shamanic worker for almost 9 years and she is also a certified consciousness coach and psychodynamic therapist in education. Before she started her own practice 4 years ago, she worked 15 years as a psychiatric nurse. ________________________________________ LINKS TO KARINA Webseite: www.praktijkisness.nl Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/love_nature_shamanism/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Karinashamanca LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/karina-diemer-99b78a133/ ________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED IN THE INTERVIEW Jamie Sams / 13 original clan mothers: https://www.google.com/aclk?sa=L&ai=DChcSEwj5hdSgmKL0AhUNjGgJHWNoAYoYABALGgJ3Zg&ae=2&sig=AOD64_1TO7gUlMWSUEnFTY8zIjNcYQsM5g&ctype=5&q=&ved=2ahUKEwiJ-cigmKL0AhXr7rsIHW03DGgQ9aACegQIARBN&adurl= ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

________________________________________ LINKS TO GERTRUD Website: www.gertrudangerer.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/gertrudangererofficial Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/gertrud.angerer/ Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/gertrudangerertschopp/ ________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED IN THE INTERVIEW Alan Cohen | A Deep Breath Of Life: 365 Daily Inspirations For Heart-Centred Living: https://amzn.to/3cHZORD Getruds Geschenk für Dich: https://gertrudangerer.com/drueck-pause-angst-lp Lifecuration Podcast | Episode 016 “Intro & Why I Love Tapping”: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-016/ Lifecuration Podcast | Episode 030 “The Freedom to Succeed with EFT” - Brad Yates EFT: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-030 ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

042 | Parents at Work - Rachael Waldinger

Rachael Waldinger and I have a conversation about how the needs of organizations and individuals working for them can be met. About how organizations can empower parents to take action and what leaders & managers can do to support working parents. Rachael shares with us her path from being a working mum to being a full-time mum and finding her way back to work. She describes how difficult the transition from home to work and vice versa can be. We speak about what it is that makes working parents “empowered”. And what empathy (versus sympathy) has to do with this all, i.e. listening and relating to what others have to say already makes a huge difference - not only among coworkers but also leaders. Another topic that came up is the differences between men and women when it comes to part-time work. The closing statement is that it is important to first connect on our similarities so that we can talk about what’s different without having the need to defend the differences and taking sides - that gives us more choices to choose from. Rachael studied Human & Organizational Development in the US and led a variety of different teams in the Healthcare Technology industry. She has her Advanced Executive Coaching diploma from the Academy of Executive Coaching and works currently with leaders and companies around the globe. Today she is the COO/Head Coach at parents@work and also the mother of two wonderful boys. In her COO role, Rachael is dedicated to helping companies, mothers and fathers master the transition to working parent. ________________________________________ LINKS TO RACHAEL Website: https://www.parentsatwork.com; https://www.cambiumcoaching.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Parents-at-work-516210778763919 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/parents_at_work/ Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/company/parentsatwork/ ________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED IN THE INTERVIEW Educated by Tara Westover: https://www.amazon.de/Educated-A-Memoir/dp/B078RVFGZY/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=educated&qid=1636104836&s=books&sprefix=educated%2Cstripbooks%2C110&sr=1-1 Ways to support this podcast: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-040/ ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

041 | The Power of Practices, Routines & Rituals - Elena Brower

Why are practices, routines & rituals so powerful? How can we establish them? When and how do they support us in our daily life? Elena and I explore these and more questions throughout our conversation. Usually, behind rituals & routines, there’s intention, energy, and commitment. These are conscious acts that are being done with the confidence that they will have a positive impact in the future. But it is also very natural to allow change, as we are in constant transition and change. As Elena shares one of her guiding quotes: “I’m the sky watching all-weather move through me”. Elena Brower is a mother, teacher, artist, bestselling author, and host of the Practice You Podcast, Elena has taught yoga and meditation since 1999. Her first book, Art of Attention, has been translated into seven languages, and her second, Practice You, is a bestseller. Her third book, Being You, was released in early 2021. Elena's yoga and meditation classes are on Glo.com and her Essential Mentorship is beloved for bringing analog creativity to online coursework. This is a special episode on different levels. It is the one-year anniversary of this podcast and it is a topic close to my heart. In the intro, which is a little longer than usual, I share with you why “Where is home” or the feeling of home is a heartfelt topic for me and what home means to me. Many people live in a different place from where they were born, have family and friends all over the place, or simply feel the pull towards a certain place. I asked 6 people to tell their story, understanding, and meaning of home. I encourage you to dive into the questions for yourself: What do I need to feel at home? What and who makes me feel at home? In what places do I feel at home? How can I create and foster the feeling of home? ________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED IN THE INTERVIEW TED Talk / Pico Iyer: https://www.ted.com/talks/pico_iyer_where_is_home?language=en This must be the place / Talking Heads: https://open.spotify.com/track/6aBUnkXuCEQQHAlTokv9or ________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

038 | Nothing changes if nothing changes - Patrycja Pielaszek

Diversity - Inclusion - Belonging. Three meaningful words, especially if seen under the aspect of their dependency on each other and if we can understand that their combination is actually a human approach. Inclusion makes diversity work and we all want to be part of something. The interview with Patrycja Pielaszek is very powerful and you might take away some life-changing learnings. Patrycja strongly promotes a compelling maxim: “un-learn | re-think | re-build” and fosters to do so together. Patrycja and I talk about how business and personal life are no longer separated. And why it is that nothing changes if nothing changes. By the way, the latter is Patrycja’s personal life motto and an important part of her experimentation. With this interview, I truly hope to make you feel courageous to embrace change, big or small and to one more time learn that nothing changes if nothing changes, and to also be soft with yourself in this process of constant flux. Patrycja Pielaszek is a forward-thinking innovation leader and serial entrepreneur with profound experience in discovering and unlocking growth opportunities across organizations and cultures. With her background in digital transformation, she’s helping small and large companies get better at 21st-century innovation. A very special title for a very special interview! I bet, the title instantly made you curious, asking yourself what exactly has a crime to do with therapy. And rightfully so! Rahel joyfully explains what crime, gangsters, and victims have to do with therapy and healing and where it all comes together. She describes, how it is all about the switch from being an actor in your life to becoming a director of your life. We also discuss why triggers are a survival strategy and how self-therapy is a perfect way to empower yourself and what is the difference to self-care. Rahel shares so many and easy-to-follow tips in this interview. For instance, how to use a kinesiologic self-test in order to find your triggers. We speak about how much is stored in our body and even more so in our subconsciousness. Rahel J. Papis is a kinesiologist & hypnotherapist and based in Zurich. The topic of this solo episode has been on my list for a while. Now is the time. I am sharing my thoughts on connecting to our core values, and I am sharing with you why it will help you to get to know yourself better, staying true to yourself as well as how to actually go about defining what they are for you. This tool can support you in coming back to your own personal truth at any given moment in your life. Especially in times of change or challenging moments, it is helpful to know what our personal truth and values are. And it is just as helpful to be aware of the fact that these values and our personal truth may change as well as respect that other people define their truth and their values differently. _______________________________ MENTIONED LINKS Value List Download: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vCDL19GArGkmwbEJtmlnycTBLZvWIs4V/view?usp=sharing My Gifts for You: https://andrinatisi.com/giftsforyou/ 5 Steps from Chaos to Clarity: https://andrinatisi.com/chaostoclarity/ _______________________________ CONNECT WITH ME Website: www.andrinatisi.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

034 | Functional Yoga - Stefanie Zimmermann Castson

Health is Wealth - a motto that is the red thread in this conversation with Stefanie. We talk about certain misconceptions about Yoga that still exist, i.e. “The more flexible the better”. Also, we touch on how important it is to work with our body and the changes that come through age, lifestyle, injury as well as pregnancy. Yet another motto for all of us to live by is “Your body is your best teacher”. Meaning to be open to other movement practices and listen to your body about what’s she/he needs. In Stefanie’s eyes flexibility is somewhat overrated and what we all should rather take account of is integrity. Our body needs different components of movements just like it requires balanced and varied nutrition. Inevitably we talk about what “Functional Yoga” exactly is and how and why Stefanie came up with the creation of the “MyStrengthAbility Strap”. Spoiler alert: in the word “functional” is also the word “fun” …. Stefanie has a very curious mind to explore the body and learn constantly. After her training as a Physiotherapist in 2003. 033 | Die Höhen & Tiefen in der Zeit des Kinderwunsches - Simone Sesboüé

Did you ever wonder how numbers can support you in your everyday life? Then this episode, with Remington Donovan's accessible, fun, and vibrant guidance, will open your eyes to the importance of numbers in everyday life. Remington is a numerologist, qabalistic tarot reader, seer, and teacher of kundalini yoga. Right from the beginning of our conversation, you will understand how he connects these techniques so that in interaction, all approaches result in a rounded overall picture. Based on the example of a tarot card he explains how this one card tells us a complete story when combined with all the techniques he has in store. 021 is a “5 year” and we recorded this just a few days after the summer solstice. Remington not only shares with us what these last 6 months have brought to us but also going forward what the teachings show us. A lot of people believe that multidigit numbers with all digits identical, aka repdigits, are lucky numbers. Remington explains their significance from a numerology point of view. Finally, he gives us some insights about his book - Numerology | A Beginner's Guide to the Mystic Significance of Numbers -, which will be released this year in November. 030 | The Freedom to Succeed with EFT - Brad Yates

Today I have the honor to have Brad Yates as my guest. He explains in simple words what EFT is and for all the geeks out there he shares some of the latest scientific research. Brad is known internationally for his creative and often humorous use of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Listening to our conversation you will know why. He makes it very light and fun. In Episode 016 I spoke about why I love tapping so much, how and when it can be used, and be helpful. EFT is a very practical tool that can be easily done - it works like the drumbeat for the backbeat of the healing process. Brad likes to call it energetic and emotional hygiene. Meaning it can be easily incorporated into your daily routines. Brad shares with us a funny story (spoiler alert: chocolate is involved!) of how he found tapping, respectively how tapping found him. We discuss the question of whether tapping also works for people who don’t believe in it and the importance of digging deep, asking questions on why we do and feel certain things, and at the same time being gentle with ourselves. At the end of our conversation, Brad guides us exclusively through a tapping sequence on not feeling good enough. Brad is the author of the best-selling children's book "The Wizard's Wish", the co-author of the best-seller "Freedom at Your Fingertips", and a featured expert in the film “The Tapping Solution”. He has also been a presenter at a number of events, including Jack Canfield's Breakthrough to Success, has done teleseminars with “The Secret” stars Bob Doyle and Dr. Joe Vitale, and has been heard internationally on a number of internet radio talk shows. Brad also has over 1000 videos on YouTube that have been viewed over 33 million times. 029 | Asking for Help without Shame or Fear - A Discussion

With pleasure, I am welcoming Shelly Sharon back to the podcast. You might know her from my very first episode: https://andrinatisi.com/episode-001/ This episode is a little different, as it is a conversation between Shelly and myself and less of an interview. We talk about a topic that is difficult for most of us: Asking for Help. We both share our personal experiences as well as from our experiences when working with clients. We also share a couple of tips on how someone can make the first steps and handle some hurdles along the way. To a certain extent, we all have been there. Believing and telling ourselves that asking for help means “I’m a failure”, “I’m weak”, “Something is wrong with me”, “I didn’t do it right” …. the list is endless! But what if asking for help can be taking the form of space? What if we get the chance to get to know ourselves better - layer by layer? Another subject we touch on is that sometimes we are not even aware that we need help. How do we know we need help? What are the signs that we are ready for professional help? As we believe that this is such an important topic Shelly and I will do a follow-up webinar on "How do we trust ourselves so we can ask and get the help we need". If you want to know more about that workshop please email me at hello@andrinatisi.com Shelly's mission is to help women who’ve been around the block with healing and self-growth when they want to deal with challenging feelings so they can deepen their self-trust and expression and feel deeply at home with themselves. Being a meditation teacher, life alignment coach, and writer with nearly 15 years of experience she helps people around the world come home to themselves. A former dancer, coffee shop owner, and a sought-after business consultant for social change, Shelly had a deep break-open experience in 2011 that led her to dedicate her life to helping people heal, feel and wake up. Originally from Israel, Shelly traveled as a nomad in the East for three years and settled in Zurich, Switzerland, with her beloved partner and two white cats. Shelly’s offering private coaching, workshops, and retreats worldwide. ____________________________ LINKS to Shelly Website: https://www.shellysharon.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/FeelingExpressingRealising/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/shellysharon_lifealignment/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/shelly-sharon/ ____________________________ CONNECT with Me

028 | The Power of a Men's Group - Eric Hartman

In this episode, I am happy to have Eric Hartman back on the podcast. Two weeks ago, he and my dear friend Niki Inglis were here together and we talked about Radical Communication. The link to that episode is below. Today Eric and I talk about the benefits of men gathering in a group and why he started a Men’s Group. Over the last few years, women's circles have become very popular, there will be a future episode on that topic, however, I feel very few people talk about Men’s Group. At the beginning of our conversation, Eric shares what motivated him to start a local Men’s Group in the first place. He describes what makes this group a safe space and why trust and confidentiality are so important to be able to open up and talk about feelings. We close up the conversation with Eric’s advice for all the men out there. Eric was born in New York City, USA, and grew up in Vancouver. He is a passionate elementary school teacher, and he enjoys using music and puppets as core strategies in his pedagogy. Other passions include cycling, sailing, languages, travel, and being in the mountains. Eric is a founding member of a men's discussion group and has attended several men's weekend retreats. He is president of the Pacific Bluegrass and Old-Time Music Society and has been part of several performing musical bands. Eric has a BA in Religious Studies, with a focus on Judaism, a Bachelor in Elementary Education, and a Masters in Music Education, with a focus on World Music. He has one adult son and three adult step-daughters. If you enjoyed this episode feel free to send it to your friends, family members, or whoever you think could benefit. 027 | Mindful Body Scan

Mindful Body Scan - a simple technique to clear away stress that often builds up in our body. Today’s mindful body scan meditation can effectively calm you down, reduce stress, and can help you feel more present or in the moment. And for those of you who are having a hard time to find sleep, this can help you to find just that very moment to peacefully fall asleep. This body scan is not only beneficial in the evening, you can do it at any time during the day. It can help to regain balance when life feels shaky and bring you back to the center and steady you again. So give it a try! The object of a body scan is to have an “in-the-body” experience, connect with the body and feel gratitude for our body. In the body scan, you methodically bring attention to different parts of the body. Since the body is a dynamic organism that’s always changing, no two body scans will ever be completely alike. As you continue to practice, you’ll discover what Martha Graham sagely noted: “The body says what words cannot” (Hanna 2006, 33). The body has its own wisdom, and if you listen, it can communicate where physical tension, thoughts, and emotions lie within your body. When you practice the body scan, first simply become aware of physical sensations by exploring their felt sense. There’s no need to analyze or manipulate your body in any way; just feel and acknowledge whatever sensations are present. Through this deep investigation, the body may begin to reveal a whole range of feelings. In this way, the body scan can bring you in touch with many aspects of your life. If you enjoyed this episode feel free to send it to your friends, family members, or whoever you think could benefit. And I would love you to consider leaving a short review on Apple Podcasts/iTunes. _________________________________________________________________________ CONNECT WITH ME www.andrinatisi.com www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

026 | Radical Communication - Niki Inglis & Eric Hartman

“Radical Communication” - when hearing this term for the first time, a lot of people could be put off and rather see some kind of “aggression” behind it. What it means is to say what needs to be said even if it means discomfort and communicate with anyone in our lives in a sincere, careful, and loving way. In this episode, I am talking to my dear friends Niki Inglis and Eric Hartman on that topic. Niki and I have been friends for many years, we have worked, traveled, and even lived together. Niki for me is an inspiration, a mentor, a soul sister, and one of these people I would, and probably even have, call at 2 am if I need to. Eric, her partner, and I have gotten to know over the years and all I can say, I wish I could spend more time with him, pick his brain and listen to his music. Niki and Eric share with us what the difference between “communication” and “radical communication” for them means. This naturally leads to the next question: “Where is the difference between feminine and masculine communication?”. They describe the road it took them to get where they are today in their partnership communication and what they’ve learned from each other on this journey. And they share with us how they keep on track with the help of joint rituals, practices, and habits. For instance the “weekly check-in questions”, which you find below. Our conversation is not only about the communication between partners, but also with anybody else in our life, as children, friends, and family. Niki and Eric tell us how much their efforts to adopt “Radical Communication” into their life influence their communication with others. Niki and Eric have a wealth of experiences, personally and professionally. They live and work on unceded land in Vancouver British Columbia / Canada. Niki teaches Yoga, has a Master's in Architecture and a Master's in Education. She has been teaching public classes, retreats, and workshops individually and collaboratively for 18 years. Teaching teachers is her true love, and she has taught in over ten 200 Hour training. Eric was born in New York City, USA, and grew up in Vancouver. He is a passionate elementary school teacher, and he enjoys using music and puppets as core strategies in his pedagogy. Other passions include cycling, sailing, languages, travel, and being in the mountains. 025 | Work with Fear not Against it - Catherine Ackermann

F.E.A.R., also an acronym for False Evidence Appearing Real. And this acronym shows us that maybe we don’t have to fight our fears or anxieties but rather work with them, even embrace them, in the here and now. Catherine and I dive into the subject of fear and all those things and events that can be triggered by fear. as well as what induces fear and anxiety in the first place. Catherine shares some personal experiences she went through in her life and the ways she managed to work with it instead of fighting it. She also has a few tips and tricks you can start using right away. Catherine's background as a film producer taught her about the dynamics of a team. She saw first-hand how fears and anxieties can affect a leader’s decision. This experience motivated Catherine to want to work with leaders and inspire them to make a bigger impact. Through Catherine’s knowledge, personal experience, studies in nutrition, and being a leader herself, she has extensive experience with understanding anxiety and fears and how they can take over your business and personal life. 021 | Sacred Feminity & Womb Healing - Tamara Tiana

Often women happen to exclude the most exquisitely feminine parts of themselves which happen to be the seat of our power, inner wisdom, and purpose. Often there is a lot of shame and guilt connected to our emotions, our pleasure, our cycle, and our femininity. Tamara shares with us how to reconnect to the power within ourselves when we think we have none left. She explains how we can use the huge potential for healing from our female ancestry line, what this has to do with womb healing, and how we can reconnect to that space within ourselves and nourish that wisdom that’s already there. Tamara is the founder of The Spiral Path, a Yogini, and a mother. She lives on Vancouver Island in Canada surrounded by magical forests and a wild ocean.

019 | One Year since the Pandemic Started - People Share their Experience (d/e)

Almost exactly a year ago COVID19 drove us in the first lockdown. With this episode, my idea is to give people who live in very different situations a voice and have them in short contributions share how they experienced this first year of the pandemic; what they learned, what challenges they encountered, and what positive outcomes they experienced. I gave each of them the same 3 questions: • What did you learn this year - your learnings • What wasn't easy - challenges • What opportunities and positive things brought this year - Gifts This episode endorses once more my intention to design this podcast bi-lingual. Some people will share their findings in (Swiss)-German and some in English. You will hear a restaurant owner, a doctor, and experiences with homeschooling from a teacher and parent point of view. How it is to have a mother in a care home, is considered high risk and what it means to be working in the culture and theater sector. You will hear a single talk about her dating experience, how it was as a yoga studio owner as well as the voice of a financial advisor. I encourage you to answer the above questions for yourself as well, and if you feel up for it, send them to me. I would love to hear how YOUR year was. _______________________________________________________________________________________ LET’S CONNECT www.andrinatisi.com www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION

015 | Die Weiblichen Archetypen - Katrin Sprondel

Bei Archetyp denken viele sicherlich sofort an C.G. Jung. ______________________________________________________________________________ MEHR ÜBER KATRIN ______________________________________________________________________________ Website: katrinsprondel.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/katrin.sprondel LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/katrinsprondel/ ______________________________________________________________________________ MEHR ÜBER MICH www.andrinatisi.com www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION ______________________________________________________________________________ IM INTERVIEW ERWÄHNTE LINKS TEXT VON MILENA FLUSS - https://andrinatisi.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/FRAUEN-DIESER-ZEIT.pdf IM KREIS DES LEBENS - Elisabeth Davis, Carol Leonard - https://www.arun-verlag.de/index.php/artikeldetails/kategorie/frauen/artikel/im-kreis-des-lebens-elizabeth-davis-carol-leonard.html THE WOMEN'S WHEEL OF LIFE - Elisabeth Davis, Carol Leonard: https://elizabethdavis.com/books/the-womens-wheel-of-life-thirteen-archetypes-for-every-woman/ KÖNIGIN UND SAMURAI - Veit und Andrea Lindau: https://veitlindau.com/koenigin-samurai/ DAS ROTE ZELT - Anita Diamant: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=das+rote+zelt+anita+diamant&i=stripbooks-intl-ship&__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&ref=nb_sb_noss THE RED TENT - Anita Diamant: https://www.amazon.com/Red-Tent-20th-Anniversary-Novel/dp/0312427298 DIE WOLFSFRAU - Clarissa Pinkola Estés: https://www.randomhouse.de/Taschenbuch/Die-Wolfsfrau/Clarissa-Pinkola-Estes/Heyne/e165297.rhd WOMEN WHO RUN WITH WOLVES - Clarissa Pinkola Estés: https://www.amazon.com/Women-Who-Run-Wolves-Archetype/dp/0345409876

014 | Creativity as a Spiritual Practice - Chris Corbett

My guest today is a published author, communication specialist as well as a year-long practicing yogi. In my conversation with Chris Corbett, we dive deep into creativity and how it can be an expression of our vision as well as support our healing journey and on our spiritual path. Chris shares how Indian Philosophy plays into his life and his book “Nirvana Blues”. And yes, Chris reveals that some of the characters in his book are not only fiction but are based on real people. I met Chris shortly after moving back to Switzerland when he started coming to my Yoga classes. We quickly and easily connected and stayed in touch ever since. Chris was born in the UK and grew up in Northern California where he was educated at the University of California in Berkeley and Santa Cruz. Living in Los Angeles he worked for Playboy Magazine, Walt Disney, and on various films including an Academy Award Winner and documentary projects in Europe, America, and India. He also owned a publishing business for eight years with a brother-in-law of one of the Beatles, operating from one of the oldest studios in Hollywood. Moving to Switzerland he’s been engaged in corporate communications at multinational organizations. His novel - Nirvana Blues - which was published in Germany and America soon will be followed by a non-fiction book that shows what the Matterhorn, David Bowie, mindfulness all have in common. As well, a second novel is on the way set in the world of the international art scene and private banking. ______________________________________________________________________________ MORE ABOUT CHRIS Website: www.chriscorbett.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/chriscorbettauthor Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/chriscorbett001/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/corbett1/ ______________________________________________________________________________ WHERE YOU CAN FIND ME www.andrinatisi.com www.instagram.com/andrinatisi/ https://www.facebook.com/andrinatisiLIFECURATION ______________________________________________________________________________ LINKS MENTIONED IN THE INTERVIEW Elizabeth Gilbert - https://apple.co/3t1aSR5 Vancouver Vedic astrologer - https://jeffreyarmstrong.com Autobiography of a Yogi book - https://yogananda.org/autobiography-of-a-yogi Voice coach - https://www.drvoice.tv

004 | How it feels to be young, female, and successful in the financial industry - Cris Bueno

Cris Bueno is my guest in this episode. I met Cris Bueno a few years ago when she came to one of my yoga retreats. Right from the beginning, Cris struck me as a young dynamic, and ambitious woman, and I am thrilled to have her on my podcast today. We talk about what it means to be young, female, and successful in the finance sector in Switzerland. Cris shares her refreshing insight and experiences. During this conversation, we touch on topics such as the question “When being promoted in the banking industry, what was more challenging being a woman or being very young?”. Another quite interesting topic is the actual development of working environments. And yes, we also touch on the subject of “Money and wealth are still a pretty big taboo topic”. Cris also talks about her own experiences with burnout and lets us know how she handled it. Cris is an economist by education and a banker by profession. Since finishing her studies in London, she has had the opportunity to work with several Swiss institutions, from global banks to local family offices. She was only 27 years old when she was appointed Vice President in one of Switzerland's top 2 banks. 001 | What does it mean to be free to be ourselves - Shelly Sharon

In this episode, I have a conversation with Shelly Sharon- Meditation Teacher, Life Alignment Coach, and Writer. We discuss what it really means to be ourselves. Shelly's mission is to help women who’ve been around the block with healing and self-growth when they want to deal with challenging feelings so they can deepen their self-trust and expression and feel deeply at home with themselves.
