Our representative survey of 1,020 self-employed Austrians in cooperation with willhaben shows: High satisfaction with job and employer meets low motivation for advancement. Working from home remains a topic with potential, while AI in the application process is met with skepticism. There is a need for action when it comes to gender equality.
