Foot Pain in Barefoot Shoes?

Barefoot shoes are designed to enable natural barefoot walking. They do without cushioning, heel elevation, and rigid soles, allowing your feet to work the way evolution intended. This is precisely the most important cause of pain, and for many, it comes as a surprise: your foot muscles, tendons, and fascia suddenly have to take on tasks that conventional shoes have been handling for years. This training stimulus may initially feel like muscle soreness, but it’s usually a sign that your body is starting to adapt and will become healthier in the long run.Another common reason is switching to barefoot shoes too quickly. I do not recommend that beginners immediately embark on long trekking or city tours in barefoot shoes. Anyone who starts running or walking for hours in barefoot shoes right away is overloading untrained structures. Give your feet a transition period. Start with short walks on soft surfaces like grass or forest floors, or take your first steps on a field path. The small pebbles and uneven surfaces already train your foot muscles, and gradually increase your walking and running time.SOLE RUNNER Online Shop: https://www.sole-runner.com/Wissenswertes um unsere Barfußschuhe: https://www.sole-runner.com/inhalte/WissenswertesYoutube: https://www.youtube.com/@SoleRunnerBarfussInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/solerunner_barefoot_shoes/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/solerunnerminimalfootwearPinterest: https://de.pinterest.com/sole_runner/
