This women brings hope to refugees through climbing

Nabihah Razak has not only quit her job as a medical doctor in Ireland to start a van living and climbing life. She also started a live devoted to helping people through climbing. In Greece, on the island Lesbos, she founded MNTL - climbing for wellbeing. A non profit organisation that aims to help refugees on Lesbos, to give them the mental stability they need to go through this challenging and uncertain time in their lifes.I talked to Nabihah about her experiences and plans.
